RESUMO: Neste estudo, analisamos o tratamento dos corpos de mulheres encontradas mortas em “La parte de los crímenes”, assim como a crítica do ordenamento e da regulação política dos corpos operada na narrativa de Bolaño. Discutimos a figuração dos corpos assassinados, no relato, a partir da noção de biopolítica (FOUCAULT, 1981) que se constitui, também, do recurso a uma necropolítica (MBEMBE, 2017b). As duas noções indeterminam os limites do humano e do animal, da pessoa e da não pessoa (GIORGI, 2014), fazendo emergir, no relato, a figura do não sujeito (MOREIRA, 2004) como elemento importante na cultura contemporânea. Tal perspectiva nos permite ler a narrativa como uma estética da aniquilação (CANDIA CÁCERES, 2010).

ABSTRACT: In this study, we analyze the approach to the women’s bodies who are found out dead in “La parte de los crímenes”, as well as the criticism of the ordination and the political regulation on the bodies operated in the Bolaño’s narrative. From the concept of biopolitics (FOUCAULT, 1981), which also constitutes a resource towards the necropolitics (MBEMBE, 2017b), we discuss the figuration of these bodies murdered in the story. Both notions indeterminate the bounds between human and animal, person and non-person (GIORGI, 2014), making to emerge the figure called non-subject (MOREIRAS, 2004) as an important element in the contemporary culture. Such perspective allows us to read the narrative as an aesthetic of annihilation (CANDIA CÁCERES, 2010).
